157-The exhausted companions of aeneas hurried to the shores which were nearest and turned themselves to the Libyan shores. There is a place in a long inlet: the island makes a port on the sides by means of a barrier, on which all waves from the sea are broken and split themselves into the secluded inlets. On this side and on that the vast cliffs and twin rocks threaten into the sky, beneath the peak of which the sea is silent, widely safe. Then in addition the background and  trembling forests up above were glistening beneath the face of the cliff there is a cave with hanging rocks, home of the nymphs, nor do any chain hold the tired ships here, nor does an anchor bind them with hooked grips. To here Aeneas approached 7 ships of the whole having been gathered. The Trojans having left seized hope for… (didn’t get rest of line 171-173)

174- And first Achates struck out a spark, and he ignited the fire with leaves and gave dry fuel around it, and fanned the flame in kindling. The men tired of their affairs and the tasks of Ceres, prepared to heat up grain having been saved with fire and grinded it with a rock. Aeneas climbed a cliff, and widely looked for a complete view, in case he could see anything of Antheus, having been thrown around by the wind and the Trojan biremes, or Capys and the arms of Caicus on the lofty sterns of the ship. He caught sight of 3 wandering stags on the shore; the whole herd followed these steps from behind, and the long line grazes through the valley. Here, he seized in his hand a bow and swift arrows, which faithful Achates used to carry, and first struck down the leaders of the dear carrying lofty heads with branching antlers. He scatters the crowd, and driving the whole mob among the leafy forests with weapons. He did not stop before the winner (Aeneas) stretches out 7 huge bodies on the earth, and he makes equal their number with ships. From here he searches for the port and spared the deer among all his friends.
